(The general terms and conditions of business below contain both legal information on your rights in accordance with the regulations pertaining to distance contracts and contracts in e-commerce.)

1. Scope of validity

These general terms and conditions of business apply to all deliveries made by Dharma Druck & Vertriebs GmbH to consumers (§ 13 BGB).

2. Contract partners

3. Offers and conclusion of contract

3.1 The presentation of the goods in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather is a non-binding online catalogue. Subject to errors.

3.2 By clicking the [Place order] button you place a binding order for the goods in the shopping basket. The confirmation of the receipt of an order is implemented automatically together with the acceptance of the order immediately after it is placed through an automated email. This email confirmation represents the concluding of the purchase contract.

Right of withdrawal

You are entitled to withdraw your contractual agreement within 14 days, without providing grounds for doing so, in written form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or - if the goods have been supplied to you within this 14-day period - by returning the goods. The period commences upon receipt of this instruction in written form, although not prior to the goods being received by the recipient (in the case of recurrent deliveries of identical goods, not prior to receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not prior to us fulfilling our information obligations per article 246, § 2 in conjunction with § 1 sections 1 and 2 of the EGBGB. The withdrawal period is honoured if the withdrawal notification or the goods themselves are sent back within the period. The cancellation should be directed to:

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of an effective withdrawal both sides are required to return any goods or monies received by them as well as any benefits thereof (e.g. interest). If you are unable to return or surrender the goods as well as any benefits (e.g. user benefits) to us in whole or part, or if the condition of these is impaired, then you will be required to compensate us for this where applicable. For the impairment of the goods you must only provide compensation, insofar as the impairment can be traced back to handling of the goods that exceeds the testing of the characteristics and the functionality. The testing and checking of the goods in question to the extent that would be normal and possible in a shop is what is meant by "testing of the characteristics and the functionality". Goods that can be packaged for shipping are to be sent back at our risk and expense. You must bear the regular costs of return shipping if the delivered merchandise corresponds to the merchandise ordered and if the price for the return shipping does not exceed 40 Euro or if the price for the merchandise was higher at the point at which the sale was revoked by you and you have not provided the return service or the contractually agreed partial payment. In all other cases, return shipping shall be free of charge for you. Goods that cannot be packaged for shipping shall be collected from you. The obligations applicable in the event of a payment refund must be fulfilled within 30 days. The deadline begins for you when you send your revocation declaration or ship the merchandise. It begins for us with the receipt of the merchandise.

5. Prices and shipping costs

5.1 The prices listed on the product pages include the legally applicable sales tax and other price components. If you have registered and logged in to the shop as a dealer then the net prices plus statutory VAT relevant for dealers appear.

5.2 We calculate the shipping costs in addition to the prices quoted. These depend on the type of goods ordered as well as the type of shipping and the destination country and you will be clearly informed of these on the product pages, the shopping basket system and once again on the order placement page.

6. Minimum order value

Please note the minimum order value of 50 Euros. Below this we are not able to process your order economically.

7. Delivery

7.1 Delivery is by parcel service (DHL, FedEx)

7.2 Delivery time within Germany is approx. 2-5 working days after receipt of order. Within Germany we offer a flat rate of 4.95 Euro for postage and packaging.

7.3 Delivery time to Austria, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Belgium and Denmark is approx. 3-9 working days after receipt of order. In the event of delivery times deviating from this there will be a notice to that effect on the corresponding product page.

For deliveries to Austria, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Belgium and Denmark we offer a flat rate of 8.50 Euro for postage and packaging. If you are a reseller then let us know your VAT no.
For deliveries to Switzerland we offer a flat rate of 34.50 Euro for postage, packaging and customs clearance (incl. customs duties).
The German VAT, currently rated at 19%, will be deducted from the invoice total.

7.4 We reserve the right to carry out partial deliveries, insofar as this is reasonable for you. Additional shipping costs will only arise with express agreement.

If anything should prove to be undeliverable we will inform you immediately.

8. Payment

8.1 Payment shall take place either as a prepayment or by bank debit. Registered trade customers can also pay on account.

  • Prepayment: If prepayment is selected then we shall provide our bank details in the order confirmation and supply the goods after the payment has been received.
  • Bank transfer/debit: Your account is charged when the goods are shipped. (Only available in Germany)
  • Purchase on account (only registered trade customers): With delivery you will receive an invoice, which is due payable within the stipulated time period.


8.2 The right to offsetting is only available to you if your counter claims have been legally established or uncontested, or if these have been recognised by us in writing.
8.3 You are only entitled to exercise a right of retention if the claims arise from the same contractual relationship.

9. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

10. Guarantee
The guarantee is implemented in accordance with the legal provisions, whereby in the case of a defect we are entitled to redeliver or correct the goods according to your choice. If the rectification of defects is unsuccessful or if the redelivered goods are likewise faulty, then you can return the goods for a full refund of the purchase price or retain the goods with a reduction of the purchase price. For information about any manufacturers' guarantees please refer to the respective product documentation.

11. Agreement for the covering of costs
If you are exercising your right to withdraw then you are required to bear the costs of returning the goods if the goods supplied are those ordered and if the price of the goods returned does not exceed a cost of € 40.00, or if – in the event of the goods having a higher price at the time of withdrawal – you have not yet made the payment or a contractually agreed part payment. In all other cases, return shipping shall be free of charge for you.

Once you have found the desired product you can place this in your shopping basket without any obligation by clicking on the 'Add to shopping basket' button. You can review the contents of your shopping basket at any time without obligation by clicking on the 'Shopping basket' button. You can remove products from the shopping basket at any time by clicking on the 'Remove' link. If you would like to purchase the products in the shopping basket then click on the 'Proceed to checkout' button. Then please enter your details. Mandatory fields are marked with a *. Registration will be offered, but this is not mandatory. Your data is transmitted in encrypted form. Now select the type of shipping and the type of payment. After entering your details please check your entries once again. By clicking on the 'submit order' button you complete the order process. The process can be aborted at any time by closing the browser window. Further information is included on the individual pages, e.g. on correction options.
