Pilates Soft Ball for effective Pilates training
With the Pilates Ball you can make your Pilates training or yoga practice more intensive and varied. You can use the Soft Ball to strengthen the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles as well as to strengthen and mobilise the spine. The Soft Ball is also suitable for neck massage and for relaxing the back muscles.
The Pilates ball is inflatable and can be folded to save space. In addition to the Pilates ball, you will receive a straw for inflation and a spare stopper. The ball is available in a 20 cm size and is phthalate-free.
