The shoulder stand plate made from cork is a somewhat heavier high-strength base for practice, which has – due to the structure of cork – maximum grip. Due to the rounded edges, it huddles easily against the back of the neck. Due to the excellent grip of the surface, slipping is prevented as far as possible on a good yoga mat.
