High-quality meditation benches support you in an upright, relaxed sitting posture.

A meditation bench supports the meditator in adopting an upright, back-friendly and relaxed sitting posture during meditation. A meditation bench is particularly suitable for sitting on the heels, as it relieves the knee joints. Due to the forward sloping seat of our meditation bench, the pelvis is slightly tilted forward. This supports the straightening of the spine while the abdomen remains relaxed so that the breath can flow freely. While the traditional meditation postures, such as the heel seat and the lotus seat, are considered commonplace and comfortable in many Eastern cultures, many Westerners find it almost impossible to hold these positions for long periods of time.

Quality from local forests

All our meditation benches are made of solid wood. We offer three different types of wood here. Our meditation stools are made of domestic pine, spruce or beech. The surfaces of these meditation stools are finely sanded and untreated. You can decide for yourself whether you prefer the surface to be oiled or lacquered. Their craftsmanship makes them stable and durable. We have our meditation stools made in recognised German workshops for the disabled.

Meditation stools for every requirement

The seat height of the benches varies - according to your height and requirements - between 15 cm and 25 cm. The seat of our meditation bench is sized so that the meditator can sit comfortably. On some models it is straight, on others it is slightly slanted towards the front. This allows you to use the meditation bench either in a heel seat or cross-legged.

Meditation bench as an ideal travel companion

We have developed a meditation bench that you can comfortably take with you when travelling or to your yoga or meditation studio. They are made of solid beech, therefore very stable and the sides are foldable, so that you can easily store the bench in a bag.
