colour-coordinated and can therefore be easily combined with each other.

The Yin-Yang meditation set consists of a soft
meditation mat, the shape of which delineates your meditation space
wonderfully. The Zabuton is optionally filled with virgin wool, if the
cold comes from the floor, or cotton, if you want it to be at least
pleasantly soft. Especially when you are meditating for a longer period
of time, the Zabuton is a helpful and comfortable seat cushion that not
only protects you from the cold from the floor, but also helps to
prevent pressure points on your knees, feet and ankles.
The
YinYang Bio meditation cushion of your choice supports you in keeping
your spine upright and straight during meditation. This allows you to
sit comfortably and relaxed for longer periods of time.
