Shopping at Lotus Design

How do I find a product in the online store?

Searching in the Lotus Design online store is very easy: Just enter a search term (e.g. travel yoga mat) in the search field. Sometimes it can happen that a search term is formulated too specifically, for example with compound words. Then try it with single keywords (e.g. travel yoga mat) or a more general formulation (e.g. yoga mat). You can also find products quite quickly via the menu and the respective product categories. In addition, you can use the filter set up under different terms and colors to get closer to your desired item.

How can I order in the online store?

Ordering on Lotus Design.com is very easy. Simply search for the desired products in the online store and place them in the shopping cart with a mouse click. Then click on the shopping cart icon (top right). A pop-up menu shows your shopping cart as an overview. In this menu you can click on the button "Show shopping cart" if you want to see the complete overview of your shopping cart or on the button "Checkout" if you want to pay. In the next step enter your order data or log in to your customer account. In the next step, select your desired shipping and payment method. Afterwards you will be shown an overview of your order. If everything is correct, you can send your order by clicking on the button "Order with obligation to pay".

Is there a minimum order value?

In our yoga and meditation store we do not have a minimum order value. Just order as much and as often as you like. From 49 € gross value of goods, shipping within Germany is free for end customers. Dealers and yoga teachers have other conditions.

Where can I find my invoice?

You will receive a paper invoice with your order. We can also send it to you in digital form (PDF).

What data is collected about me and what does Lotus Works GmbH do with my data?

Your personal data will only be used to process your order. In order for your order to reach you, we have to pass on your address data to the appropriate shipping company DHL or DPD. Beyond that, your data will only be used and passed on to third parties with your consent. You can ask us at any time to delete your data stored in our inventory management.

Payment and delivery

What payment options are available?

You can pay in our online shop by instant bank transfer, PayPal, credit card or SEPA direct debit. Within Germany, you can also pay by bank transfer on account. You can find more information here.

Where is my order?
As soon as we have handed over your package to the shipping company, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. You will also find the tracking number for the shipment. You can also contact us by email or phone to check the status of your order.

I have received the wrong item. What should I do?
Did you receive a different item than the one you ordered? Contact us by email or phone and we will find a quick solution together. Where people work, mistakes cannot be ruled out.

My package is damaged. What should I do?
If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, it is best to refuse to accept it or to accept it conditionally.

Shipping and returns

How much are the shipping costs?

For orders up to € 48.99, we charge € 5.95 within Germany (standard shipping). From an order value of € 49,- the shipping is free of charge* for end customers within Germany. Dealers and yoga teachers have other conditions.
The shipping costs will be displayed in your shopping cart as soon as you are logged in to your customer account and the item has been added.

Which parcel service is used for shipping?
We ship with DHL and DPD. Depending on the destination country and the nature of the package, we choose the best possible shipping service.

How long does the shipment take?
We will process your order as soon as we receive it. Within Germany, the delivery time is usually 3 - 5 working days. Standard packages are usually delivered to you within 24 hours after ordering / payment.
In (European) countries outside Germany, shipping usually takes between 5 and 9 working days. If you are interested in a specific product, it is best to ask us by e-mail.

Do you also ship abroad?
We also ship to other European countries. The corresponding shipping costs will be displayed in the shopping cart during the order process. You can also find more information about our shipping costs HERE.

How can I complain about something?
If you are not satisfied with your order, it is best to contact us. We will then clarify the further procedure with you personally in order to find a solution quickly.

I would like to return an item. What do I have to do?
To return an item, please bring it to the post office well packaged and stamped; be sure to include the invoice or a copy of the invoice. If you have paid in advance, we will refund the purchase price after receiving the faultless and resalable goods.

Is the return free of charge?
The costs for the return within Germany are exactly the same as the costs for the Hin shipment. Please note that if you are returning goods from within Germany or abroad, you will have to pay the return shipping costs yourself.

How do I know if my return has arrived?
When you return your goods to us, you will receive a tracking number from the shipping company. This allows you to track the status of your return at any time. As soon as we receive the package, we will also send you a confirmation by e-mail in the form of a credit note in PDF format. If you have paid in advance, we will refund the purchase price immediately after receiving the goods.

How and when do I get my money back?
As soon as we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail in the form of a credit note in PDF format. The refund will be made in the same way as the payment method you used to pay for the item when you placed your order.

Vouchers & Discounts

Do you offer quantity discounts?

Under certain conditions, you can get discounted prices or a quantity discount in our shop. Please feel free to contact us by email or phone at any time.

Do you offer a discount for yoga teachers?

Yoga teachers and Pilates instructors receive a discount in our shop under certain circumstances. You can find the requirements for the discount HERE.

Where do I find my discount?

If you are a yoga teacher or pilates trainer and have a customer account, you must be logged in to see the discounted prices. The discount will not be shown separately in your shopping cart.

How can I redeem a voucher code?

To redeem a voucher code, you must be logged in to your customer account. If you do not have a customer account yet, please register first. Then you can log in with your customer number or your e-mail address and your password and enter the discount code in the shopping basket in the "Voucher code" field. The discount will then be automatically deducted from the price. Please note that the voucher code is only valid once and only for your first order as a new customer.

My voucher code is not accepted?

You can only enter your voucher code when you are logged in as a customer in your customer account. If you are not registered yet, please create an account first.
If the voucher is still not accepted, you can check the following:
- 1. Has the voucher expired?
- 2. Are you a yoga or pilates teacher? The yoga teacher discount cannot be combined with other discounts.

- 3. Have you reached the minimum order value for a discount? Some vouchers can only be redeemed if you have reached a certain minimum order value. You can find the minimum order value on your voucher. Please note that certain items such as sets or already reduced items are excluded from the discount. You may need to add more items to your basket to reach the minimum order value and redeem the voucher.
If the voucher is still not accepted, please contact our customer service.
The discount has not been applied to all items in your basket.

Are there any sets, reduced items or other products in your shopping cart that are excluded from the discount?

If so, you may need to increase the order value to redeem your voucher. If the voucher is still not accepted, please contact our customer service.

How can I give a voucher as a gift?

You can buy vouchers directly in our online shop under "Vouchers" in the footer.
If you would like to give away an item of your choice as a gift voucher, please proceed as follows:

1. Choose one or more articles from our range of products
2. Note the price
3. Enter the value of the goods or your desired amount under >voucher amount
4. Click >Add to shopping cart
5. In the shopping cart you can go to the checkout and pay via PayPal, instant bank transfer or credit card
6. You will receive a printable PDF with the voucher code and the chosen amount by email.

Please redeem the voucher value in full when shopping. Any remaining credit is not transferable to other orders and cannot be paid out.
